Below the monolith church’s bell tower, the terrace overlooks the village and allows you to take in the work accomplished by man over the years on these landscapes. You can have a drink, a meal, stay there, seized by the beauty… Protected from the sun by a canopy, this terrace is a real outdoor dining room, with the sky as décor! In the summer, if the weather is – really perfect- with no wind, no thunderstorm, no chill… the gastronomic diner can be served there.
You can also take refuge at the bar, a vast room overlooking the village with windows offering a gorgeous perspective. The hostess displays there a few major paintings by Bernard Buffet that she has been collecting over the years, showing a taste for these black and dry lines that the rare colour underlines. The large room, warm and bathed in light, is great to have a drink while contemplating the vineyards or to enjoy a herbal tea of fresh thyme picked… in front of the guest.
For the terrace, Cédric Béchade imagined a specific menu, l'Esprit de Plaisance, so you can have a quick lunch made of a beautiful salad or a revisited sandwich or maybe choose a more personal cuisine. The new ways of eating around the world are in this menu, between gourmandise and healthy, light and creative.
